Yes. We can work with custom measurements, finishes, colours, lining and logo engraving. Custom and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned.

Standard orders are processed within 1–14 business days. For larger or customised orders, the production time is confirmed in your quote.

We ship to the United States (3–7 business days), the United Kingdom and Europe (5–10 business days) and selected international destinations (7–14 business days). Delivery times start after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Our products carry a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, the natural patina of copper, or damage from misuse.
